Koi Ponds and Quince Dreams

I have never photographed in such a magical place before. And having a guided tour by the owners while we shot was really the cherry on top. From the dressing rooms, to the stables this place was enchanting, and we had it ALL to ourselves. We all loved taking in the surrounds while capturing breathtaking images of Miss A for a belated Quince session. The weather, location and that gorgeous gown added up to a pretty much perfect day for all of us. I enjoyed laughing and getting to know Miss A, who was shy but so so smart, and wonderful to be around. She continued to be radiant, while I litterly melted in the Florida sun, a true beauty she was. We ended our day with a yummy spread of desserts and sandwiches in the kitchen on the property, and all reminisced on what a sublime day we all had. I left tired, and stinky..but so full of happiness and excitement to get their viewing gallery up as soon as possible.After delivering the finished images and her GORGEOUS metal print, I received the most special surprise from Miss A, a beautiful handwritten card thanking me for her photos along with letting me know what a great time she had. The unexpected thoughtfulness of this young lady brought tears to my eyes as I read her letter over and over again.That card will always hold such a special place in my heart and a permanent spot my desk!
